Rather than asking,
"How do we make this child fit the world?"
my work asks,
"How do we help this child understand themselves, feel safe within themselves, and develop practical tools to navigate the world without losing who they are?"

Welcome to a Different Perspective
At The MG Global Juniors Academy, I offer a holistic, non-clinical approach to supporting children and young people.
Through seventeen years of independent research, professional practice, and lived experience, I have come to view many highly sensitive children—including those with Autism, ADHD, sensory differences, and heightened anxiety—as individuals whose way of experiencing the world can be exceptionally rich, deeply perceptive, and often overwhelming within environments that are not designed for their needs.

Inside our peaceful garden cabin, children are met without judgement or expectation.
Together we explore emotional regulation, sensory awareness, nervous system grounding, confidence, self-understanding, and practical strategies that help each child build resilience while honouring their individuality.
Whether families describe their child as highly sensitive, autistic, ADHD, neurodivergent, or simply wonderfully unique, my intention remains the same:
To create a calm, compassionate environment where they feel seen, understood, and supported as they discover their own strengths and learn to navigate life with greater confidence, safety, and self-trust.

Your Child Will Never Be Forced
Nothing within our sessions is about compliance.
Children are encouraged to have choice, to ask questions, to say no, to take a break, to change direction and to tell us when something does not feel right for them.
Where possible, activities are collaborative and interest-led.
Our intention is not to take control away from the child, but to gradually help them understand that they can trust themselves, recognise what they need and communicate those needs with greater confidence.
What Sessions May Explore
Every child is different, so sessions naturally evolve around the individual.
We may explore:
-
Emotional awareness and understanding
-
Sensory overwhelm and recognising early signs
-
Grounding and calming techniques
-
Confidence and self-worth
-
Understanding personal boundaries
-
Anxiety around change or unfamiliar experiences
-
Building trust in their own choices
-
Identifying what helps them feel safe
-
Creative expression
-
Breath and body awareness
-
Practical tools for difficult moments
-
Recognising personal strengths and abilities
There is no rigid programme your child must fit into.
The work adapts to them.

What If My Child Is Nervous?
That is completely welcome.
Your child does not have to arrive feeling confident.
They may be quiet, unsure, restless, talk constantly, stay close to you or decide they do not want to engage immediately.
The first priority is not completing an activity.
It is allowing enough safety and familiarity for a genuine relationship to develop.
Sometimes the most important part of an early session is simply discovering:
"This is somewhere I don't have to pretend."
Confidentiality & Safeguarding
Your child's privacy and dignity are important.
Information shared during sessions is treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to normal safeguarding responsibilities.
If information is disclosed which indicates that a child may be at risk of serious harm, appropriate safeguarding action may need to be taken.
Parents and carers will be involved wherever appropriate and safe to do so.
Professional Scope
MG Global Juniors Academy provides holistic, non-clinical coaching and well-being support.
Our work does not diagnose Autism, ADHD, anxiety, sensory processing conditions or any other medical or psychological condition.
It is not a replacement for medical assessment, psychological therapy, occupational therapy, specialist educational support or emergency mental-health services.
Children can continue working with doctors, therapists, schools, SENCOs and other professionals while attending the Academy.
Our approach can sit alongside those services while offering another supportive space in which the child can explore themselves as a whole person.

Above All
Your child is more than a diagnosis.
More than a difficult day.
More than a school report.
More than a behaviour someone is struggling to understand.
They are an individual human being with their own inner world, strengths, sensitivities, humour, intelligence, imagination and way of experiencing life.
At MG Global Juniors Academy, we begin there.
Seen. Heard. Safe. Supported.
Ready to Take the First Step?
Finding the right support for your child matters, and sometimes the best place to begin is simply with a conversation.
Free Initial Consultation
I offer a free, no-obligation consultation call for parents and carers who would like to explore whether MG Global Juniors Academy could be the right fit for their child.
This gives you the opportunity to tell me a little about your child, what they may currently be experiencing, what you have already tried and what you would most like support with.
It is also your opportunity to ask questions, learn more about my approach and decide whether it feels right for your family.
There is no pressure or commitment to book following your consultation.
